I’m here at Nashoba Brook Bakery with Donna and Henry Deangelis and we’re here to learn about how they switched from eating meat to a vegetarian diet, as well as to learn about the other things that they do in their home to conserve resources. Henry, I hear you’re a big advocate and proponent, which is great.
