Arrowhead Farm practices crop rotation and therefore offers a mix of fruits and vegetables including berries, fresh herbs, garden plants, cut flowers, and forage crops. They also raise beef cattle, hogs, and poultry as well as cultivating honeybees and producing maple syrup. All of this is achieved without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or livestock feed additives.

Recently, Arrowhead Farm has introduced community supported sustainable agriculture. The project is funded by a group of families who have purchased a share of the farm’s crops and livestock and thereby have become directly involved with the production of their food.

Astarte Farm is a certified organic farm specializing in heirloom tomatoes (both plants and fruit), unusual lettuce varieties, sweet corn, fresh cut flowers, and a variety of other produce from arugula to zucchini.

They sell primarily at the Amherst Farmers' Market on Saturdays from 8:00am to 1:00pm, from the first weekend in May until mid November.

They sell primarily at farmer's markets, but also sell wholesale to area restaurants and grocery stores throughout the season.

Auntie Erl’s Exchange is a children’s resale boutique featuring quality used toys, clothing, DVDs, sports equipment, bedding, books and room décor for children ages NB-12. We draw inventory from all over the greater Boston area and have everyday brands as well as a special Designer section. Our selection changes daily but our quality never waivers. We’re open Mon-Sat from 9:00 to 2:00.

Autumn Hills Orchard offers 20 varieties of apples, Bartlett and Bosc pears, plums, raspberries, and peaches, as well as Concord grapes.

They are open for "Pick Your Own" apples in September and October.

Autumn Hills is also an advocate of integrated pest management (IPM) techniques and does not use any herbicides. As part of their environmental efforts, Autumn Hills Orchard participates in a study by Manomet Observatory of the effects of agriculture on migratory bird populations.

Lookout Farm is certified by Bay State Organic Certifiers (BSOC) and organic produce is grown in on-premise greenhouses and is available year-round, including: lettuces, spinach, tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, radishes, zucchini, potatoes, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, beets, onions, garlic, scallions, swiss chard, arugala, basil, chives, herbs, leeks, and parsley.

Eleven varieties of apples, two types of Asian Pears, peaches, plums, and nectarines are all available as pick-your-own for the same price and in the same bag. Strawberries are also available for picking.
