The Big Ox Farm is a 30 acre diversified farm at the Minute Man National Historical Park in Concord and Lincoln MA. 27 acres are devoted to a small herd of Scotch Highlanders, Irish Dexters, Big Jim, the Gloucester Line back Big Ox, along with Matilda and Sadie, the Tamworth sows, with there piglets, who will soon be joined by a small flock of Dorset Ewes from the EweMass Amherst livestock Barn.
They are also growing a three acre market garden featuring salad greens, garlic, hericot vert, beets, carrots, potatoes and flowers .
In season: Baby Greens, Garlic, Hirikui Turnups, Radishes, Wild Flowers, Red Russian Kale, Purple Mustard.
