Arrowhead Farm practices crop rotation and therefore offers a mix of fruits and vegetables including berries, fresh herbs, garden plants, cut flowers, and forage crops. They also raise beef cattle, hogs, and poultry as well as cultivating honeybees and producing maple syrup. With organic produce, grains, and fresh milk from local farms, homemade salsa, fair trade coffee and chocolate, and a rotating selection of other local foods, ARTichoke is a great place to buy something good for you in the Worcester area. The produce sold in the co-op comes directly from farms that use sustainable methods and fair labor practices and is minimally packaged to encourage recycling and reduce pollution. Astarte Farm

Astarte Farm is a certified organic farm specializing in heirloom tomatoes (both plants and fruit), unusual lettuce varieties, sweet corn, fresh cut flowers, and a variety of other produce from arugula to zucchini.

They sell primarily at the Amherst Farmers' Market on Saturdays from 8:00am to 1:00pm, from the first weekend in May until mid November.
