A Green Voice for Concord

This website is meant for the residents and businesses of Concord to not only share ideas about conservation but also voice their opinions about environmental issues.

Concord, home of arguably the most well known environmentalist this country has known, deserves a forum for eco-minded individuals to speak their mind.

We encourage you to post topics important to you as well as encourage others to participate in this forum. Henry would, why not you?

Everyone can Conserve

You are never too young to conserve.

3-5 years old - turn the lights off when you leave a room

5-10 yrs old - unplug the chargers for your games when not in use

10-15 yrs old - take the school bus to school

If your parents spend less on energy consumption, they'll have more money to spend on fun!

Trash Paddling

Check out the blog of Allan Peirce at www.trashpaddler.com. It documents his impressive efforts at personally cleaning up the rivers of Concord while kayaking. It is really inspiring to see someone helping the environment this way.
