Clean out your medicine cabinets and bring all expired or unwanted medications and SHARPS, for proper disposal, with the added benefit of keepign these materials out of the waste stream. Unwanted meds should never be disposed of in the toilet or down the drain.

FREE EVENT - Voluntary Contributions Gratefully Accepted

Acceptable Materials and Instructions:

  • SHARPS (hypodermic needles, syringes, etc.) in rigid, tight-sealing, capped container.
  • Expired or unwanted medications and drugs - in original container
  • Veterinary medications
  • Vitamins

It's permissable to use a marker to cross of your name on prescription containers, but medication information must be legible.
