06/05/2010 - 16:00

In Ayer: Saturday, June 5 at 1:00 p.m.
Sandy Pond Recreation Area
corner of Snake Hill and Sandy Pond Roads

We've embarked upon an exciting project this year, partnering two AOLCPs with two municipalities, to transition 10,000 sq. ft. of lawn to organic management. The project is funded by the Toxics Use Reduction Institute(TURI) of UMass Lowell, in an effort to demonstrate the beauty, functionality and health benefits of avoiding the use of toxic and synthetic chemicals on lawns.

We'd love to have you attend these events. Free refreshments, speeches, children's activities, organic lawn info and more will be featured.

Another event in: Stoneham: Thursday May 20 at 2:00 p.m.
Stoneham Town Common center circle
35 Central Street, Stoneham, MA
