Brainstorm with CMLP Staff and Community about Outreach and Energy Savings

Your ideas can make a difference! Concord is on the move towards a more energy efficient and sustainable future. Unleash your creativity at a brainstorming session on promoting home energy efficiency in town.  For 2,500 Concord households that heat with natural gas, National Grid offers free home energy audits, free air leakage sealing and rebates up to $2,000 per household for home insulation. How can we get the word out about these energy savings opportunities and persuade Concord residents to request an audit and follow through on energy efficiency measures?

Join Concord Municipal Light Plant staff and community members to brainstorm about outreach and ways to make it fun to take energy saving actions.  We’ll meet in the Public Hearing Room, Town House, 2nd Floor on Monday, April 12, 2010 from 7 – 9 PM.

Please RSVP by April 7th to Jan Aceti, Energy Conservation Coordinator, Concord Municipal Light Plant, jaceti@concordma.gov or 978-318-3151.
