The Spring Business Recycling Event is scheduled for:
**Friday, April 2, 2010**
**9:00-12:00**
Parking lot of 300 Baker Ave., Concord, MA
 
MATERIALS COLLECTED:
* FREE - On-site confidential document destruction for first 2 boxes of paper, any additional boxes are $5.00 per box
* Electronics - computer, TVs, etc.
* Fluorescent bulbs, batteries, mercury devices.

The annual clean up of our community of litter and trash on public lands begins on April 3rd running until April 11th.

Go to 141 Keyes Rd. to pick up your yellow bags and find out the routes the DPW will follow to pick up the bags.

Clean up your neighborhood with your kids and friends!

Once you've filled up your yellow bag, leave it on the side of the road where the DPW will pick it up starting April 12th.

The annual spring Earth Day celebration, Musketaquid’s primary event, includes a morning River Ceremony, the Earth Day Parade through Concord Center, and an Arts and Environment Festival involving many local collaborating organizations. In the months leading up to Earth Day, Musketaquid sponsors many different workshops in which participants can create Earth Floats, puppets, costumes, musical instruments, and more, for the event.

Clean out your medicine cabinets and bring all expired or unwanted medications and SHARPS, for proper disposal, with the added benefit of keepign these materials out of the waste stream. Unwanted meds should never be disposed of in the toilet or down the drain.
